Annual General Meeting and Service
When: Saturday, 11 May 2019 11:00AM | Where: Toynbee Hall, 28 Commercial Street, London, E1 6LS
Our AGM will be held at Toynbee Hall, 28 Commercial Street, Whitechapel, E1 6LS on Saturday 11 May. Coffee will be available from 11.00am, with the AGM starting at 11.30am. After the briefing session we’ll move into lunch around 12.30pm. Our annual Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will be a short walk away at St Botolph’s, Aldgate, EC3N 1AB at 2.00pm that same afternoon.
We're delighted that Alison Webster is to be our guest preacher. Alison will be known to many from her work with the Institute for the Study of Christianity and Sexuality, from her writing and her work in Worcester and, currently Oxford diocese, where she is leading on their pioneering LGBT+ chaplaincy initiative.
The AGM will be one of Tracey's last commitments prior to handing over to her successor Luke Dowding – a process which we have already begun. We hope as many people as possible will feel able to join us for what’s always a really enjoyable occasion, and an opportunity both to look back with gratitude, and forward with anticipation.
Anyone is welcome to attend the AGM and Service but only members are eligible to vote. If you intend to attend then it would be really helpful if you signed up here.
