Lambeth Conference 2022

Lambeth Conference 2022

“Thank you for being here, it makes me feel safer being here.”

“Thank you for the work you’re doing in the Church, praying for your witness as an organisation.”

“It’s good to know that our voices can be heard."

Comments from attendees at the Lambeth Conference.

We were delighted that OneBodyOneFaith was represented at the Lambeth Conference in Canterbury by Co-Chair of Trustees, Jarel Robinson-Brown, and Chaplain to Rhythm, Lee Taylor.

Their steady witness and dedicated conversations with those who stopped by the stall we shared with the General Synod Gender and Sexuality Group, the Global Interfaith Commission on LGBT+ Lives, and MOSAIC, demonstrated the kind of Gospel that we wholeheartedly believe in.

If you’d like to find out more about what Jarel and Lee thought of their time with Archbishops and Bishops from across the global Anglican Communion, you can become a member today and read their comments in our latest newsletter.

As you might surmise, this was not an inexpensive activity for us. If you’re able to directly contribute to the costs that made our witness in Canterbury possible, then you can do so via this link. We truly believe that our presence there had a transformative impact, and our work is only possible by the commitment of our regular supporters and one-off donations for unique projects like this.
